Our JSI/California team is a dedicated group of health policy and public health professionals. We employ innovative approaches that are based on evidence and emerging practice and meaningfully engage stakeholders. We work collaboratively with clients to improve health outcomes and advance health equity through the development of sustainable programs and policies.
Our work is rooted in knowledge of both public health and healthcare systems and financing. We understand that both policy and practice are necessary to ultimately improve lives. Our clients include philanthropies, government agencies, safety-net providers, and Medicaid health plans. We provide training and technical assistance, applied research and evaluation, policy development and analysis, and strategic planning.

Salad Club is one way we “walk the talk” on healthy eating. We take turns making a healthy salad lunch for our whole office team twice a week.
Across our office, we bring both passion and many years of experience working in public health and health policy to our evaluation, policy research and implementation and technical assistance and training projects.
