JSI is pleased to offer secure online payment services through PayPal™. To use this feature, you must first receive instructions and a reference number from your JSI project manager, then complete the form below. The form requires both a reference and an invoice number, which you will receive from JSI.
After the form is completed you will be directed to PayPal’s secure payment site, where you can enter your payment information. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation from PayPal and an acknowledgment from JSI.
