Please join JSI for a technical discussion organized by IAPHL’s Humanitarian Commodities Logistics Community of Practice and the Building Capacity to Improve Health Commodity Management in Humanitarian and Disaster Settings program. With support from USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, we will look at practices that improve workforce performance to manage humanitarian health supply chains. Dr. Giuseppina Buffa, pharmacy coordinator with EMERGENCY, will discuss her experience managing human resources in multiple countries while applying solutions to common HR challenges like turnover and lack of trained local staff.
Please register for the webinar by October 22, 2024.
