UNICEF Mozambique – Institutional Consultancy to Improve the Nutrition Supply Chain for MoH and CMAM

JSI has been awarded a 1-year project from UNICEF in Mozambique. The overall goal of this project is to ensure sufficient nutrition supplies are available in health facilities in Zambezia Province. The project will work to strengthen the supply chain overall and move from an ad hoc to an organized to a more integrated system contributing to strengthening various characteristics of a well-performing supply chain system: clarity of roles and responsibilities, agility, streamlined processes, visibility of information, trust and collaboration, alignment of objectives.
