As the opioid crisis continues, healthcare organizations need to position themselves to effectively handle the resulting issues. JSI consultants are working with the University of Colorado to deliver Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) training to practices throughout the state, giving them the knowledge and tools to adopt a comprehensive MAT program, effectively combating the opioid epidemic. IT MATTTRs2 is a Colorado statewide program funded by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that gives incentives to providers to obtain their DEA X waiver required to prescribe MAT. JSI received an extension to continue to provide this training through September 2021.
