Diane Lewis is the project director for the collection and processing of a core set of information for reviewing the operation and performance of Health Center Program awardees and look-alike designees through the Uniform Data System. She assists primary care offices across the country with work related to state-wide provider capacity and federal shortage designations by assisting in the development of relational and geographic databases and conducting survey and designation assessments. Diane also applies her experience to health center workforce well-being and satisfaction survey projects.
