Elaine Rossi

Elaine E. Rossi is focused on expanding access to integrated primary health care services in some of the world’s poorest communities. She applies current implementation research findings to mitigate challenges in family planning, community-based service delivery, water and hygiene, urban health, and community engagement. Her work includes public sector quality and access improvements, private sector engagement, and whole-of-market approaches to reaching adolescents. With 30 years of experience internationally, Elaine has contributed to evidence-based program design and innovative approaches to increase contraceptive use and decrease girls' and women’s mortality in a variety of contexts.
