Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, International
Emily Stammer is a research, monitoring, and evaluation advisor for JSI’s Center for Health Information Monitoring and Evaluation and the USAID MOMENTUM Knowledge Accelerator award. She has more than 10 years of experience in mixed-methods data collection and analysis to inform monitoring and evaluation efforts. Emily works closely with the MOMENTUM suite of awards to strengthen capacity in monitoring and evaluation approaches, including complexity aware monitoring. She has a BS in psychology and international development from Tulane University and an MPH from Boston University School of Public Health.
