Gretchen is a public health professional with 20 years of experience implementing programs and policies in HIV, STIs, viral hepatitis, and harm reduction. She works at national, state, and local levels to build capacity, strengthen systems, ensure training and technical assistance, engage stakeholders across disciplines and within communities, inform policy development, evaluate interventions, and disseminate best practices. She is passionate about building relationships across sectors and developing integrated approaches to achieve shared goals. As a member of the Convening Group of the Federal AIDS Policy Partnership, Gretchen works with partners across the country to advocate for evidence-based policies and funding for domestic public health programs. She has an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
