Molly Higgins-Biddle is the project director for the Health Resources Services Administration HIV/AIDS Bureau Strengthening Systems of Care for People with HIV and Opioid Use Disorder initiative, a national project working to increase access to opioid treatment for people with HIV. She is also the project director of the CAREWare HIV/AIDS data system for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Molly develops evaluation plans, designs data collection instruments, performs data quality checks, analyzes data using advanced statistical methods, and develops reports. She has an MPH in biostatistics from Boston University School of Public Health and received the Herb Kayne Prize for Excellence in Biostatistics.
