Senior Technical Advisor, International
Penny Dawson is a physician and focuses on reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health. From her base in Nepal, she has contributed to the expansion of several community-based child health initiatives, including vitamin A distribution and pneumonia/diarrhea treatment, and programs to improve management and distribution of essential commodities. Over her 40-year career, Penny has provided technical assistance to programs in Canada, India, Nepal, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Namibia, Madagascar, Myanmar, and Uganda.
