Project Director, U.S.
Rachel Kohn has worked for JSI for more than 20 years and has provided an array of technical assistance and evaluation services to programs related to preventing substance use among youth, prisoner reentry, juvenile court diversion, and adult and juvenile treatment drug court. Rachel’s expertise includes program evaluation; needs assessment; survey research design; qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods data collection protocols and management; utilization-focused evaluation design; report writing and dissemination; and graphic design. Rachel received a BA in social thought and political economy from the University of Massachusetts; a MSW and public health dual degree from Boston University; and a certificate in graphic design from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School.
