Colombia

In the late 1980’s Colombia became one of the beneficiaries of the Family Planning and Logistics Management project, implemented by JSI to improve and increase access to reproductive, maternal, and neonatal health care services and commodities. Colombia has since been host to the JSI-managed refugee health initiative, the Astarte Project, which brought essential reproductive health services to populations effected or displaced by crisis, and to USAID’s far-reaching HIV and AIDS project, AIDSTAR-One, also managed by JSI.
