JSI was selected by MassHealth as part of a competitive bid process to support the ACOs and CPs in six of MassHealth’s nine service domains:

Care Coordination and Integration

JSI helps service providers promote patient engagement, improve quality of care, increase provider productivity, reduce inappropriate use of services, streamline referrals and communication, and reduce fragmentation.

Community-Based Care and Social Determinants of Health

JSI has experience with organizations across all health-related sectors. Combined with our knowledge of proven evidence-based practices, we are able to provide clients with cross-sector community-based solutions that are collaborative, efficient, and effective.

Consumer Engagement

JSI brings a deep understanding of the barriers that limit people’s access to health care, particularly those who are low-income, Medicaid-insured, recent immigrants, non-English speakers, and otherwise vulnerable. Population Health Management
