MA Bureau of Substance Abuse Services Consumer System

JSI plans to implement a system to measure consumer satisfaction with MA Department of Health, Bureau of Substance Abuse Services (BSAS) sponsored treatment programs including residential, acute treatment (detox), opioid treatment programs (typically methadone programs), and drivers alcohol education.

Results from the satisfaction surveys, both quantitative and qualitative, will be aggregated for each individual program and shared with BSAS and the treatment program directly. Results will contribute to program quality improvements, and BSAS system-wide improvements.
