Vermont Foodbank Strategic Evaluation Planning

JSI will engage the Vermont Foodbank leadership and staff in a participatory process to inform development of a strategic evaluation plan. The plan will define priority outcomes and measures for the Vermont Foodbank. It will serve as a roadmap to guide the organization's future evaluation initiatives and inform planning and action, demonstrate effectiveness and achievements, assess progress towards outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve reach, implementation, and impact.
