NH Juvenile Court Diversion
Produced By: JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. and Rebel City Studios.
VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Restorative justice does not ask what laws were broken, but who was hurt. This overview of the New Hampshire Juvenile Court Diversion Network accredited programs that divert youth from court reviews the reasons and the evidence that show the value of the programs to the youth that enter them and the community at large. Diversion is available to youth that have been arrested for a first-time, non-violent offense; there are over 18 Accredited Juvenile Court Diversion Programs in New Hampshire. Join us and learn how we can help youth turn over a new leaf. Funded by the NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network, produced by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. and Rebel City Studios.
